Are you a "people-person" who likes to support others and take ownership of your job? Are you looking to be a part of a successful, highly-productive real estate company? Keller Williams Real Estate Montgomeryville is looking to hire someone for Front desk/ Director of First Impressions. The position is for Monday through Friday, approximately 9am to 5pm. We are looking for someone who will convey an excellent first impression of our company, whether it is on the phone, in writing, or in person. Candidate should be a team-player and be able to work independently. Candidate should also be energetic, friendly, professional, efficient, proactive, organized, reliable, quick-thinking, able to prioritize, and have a positive attitude.

Here are some of the position's responsibilities:

Responsible for answering phones and greeting visitors

Use various social media outlets (including Meta Business Suite, Office Website, Intranet, and TikTok) to communicate effectively within the office

Prepare various graphics for classes and meetings

Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Assist other staff members in various administrative tasks

Give outstanding customer service to our guests and agents

Promote events and training classes

Manage conference room schedules

Ability to effectively handle several tasks simultaneously

Teamwork strongly emphasized and displayed

Experience with Google Suite, Canva, iMovie, REELZ, Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred
