What We're Looking For:
Are you passionate about the technical side of media production? Join Advanced Systems Group as a Studio Technician and be at the heart of our creative process. In this dynamic role, you'll operate a variety of cutting-edge production equipment-including cameras, audio, visual, graphics, lighting, and digital systems-to help bring our productions to life in the studio and on location.
What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate closely with studio staff to coordinate activities in the studio or onsite at exciting locations.
  • Work with set designers to identify and fulfill production needs.
  • Build and decorate sets, ensuring every scene is visually engaging, and provide essential props.
  • Take creative direction from our directors regarding camera angles and technical setup.
  • Operate and maintain sound recording equipment as an A2.
  • Support all aspects of camera, audio, and lighting production, occasionally working with outside production teams.
  • Assist with digital media productions, coordinating with multiple departments for seamless execution.
  • Maintain, store, and protect valuable studio equipment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of experience working in a studio or similar technical environment, handling professional equipment (cameras, audio, visual, lighting, etc.)
  • Basic working knowledge of OBS
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with people across several departments
  • Basic computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Broadcasting, Media Production, or related field
  • Prior experience in television, film, or post-production
