In this role, you will invoice and recipt out all Service department customers, scan documentation, file warranty and extended service contracts , and adminster loaner agreements for our extended courteous transportation fleet. You will also be responsible for basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions in both accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Scan, submit, and file extended service contract payments
  • Invoice and collect payment for Parts, Service and Body Shop Customers
  • Administer vehicles for our large loaner fleet
  • File all documentation
  • Work cooperatively with the Service dept and other internal teams
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming service and body shop appointments
  • Other duties as assigned
