About the Role:

The Law Clerk position is essential in supporting the legal team by conducting thorough legal research and analysis to assist in case preparation. This role involves reviewing and organizing legal documents, ensuring that all information is accurate and accessible for attorneys.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Currently pursuing a JD degree, 2L or higher
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and file management systems.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research using various legal research tools, including Westlaw.
  • Review, organize, and manage legal documents and case files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and other documents as directed by supervising attorneys.
  • Analyze legal documents and briefs, ensuring accurate statement and depiction of facts, case law, and precedent provided. Reports any inconsistencies or suggested revisions to the attorney.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
