Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and flexibility with changing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for personal and professional commitments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; respond when appropriate
  • Handle errands such as shopping, returns, deliveries, and household tasks
  • Organize files, records, and important documents
  • Assist with bill payments, budgeting, and expense tracking
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, maintenance, and household service providers
  • Plan events, meetings, dinners, or social engagements
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role preferred
