• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health statuses and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals while incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using strategies that empower adult clients to overcome emotional and psychological obstacles.
• Utilize teletherapy effectively to connect with clients virtually, ensuring seamless tech integration to facilitate therapeutic engagement.
• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary to clients facing acute mental health challenges.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain updated on industry standards and best practices.

Your work will primarily involve adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. The supportive and diverse team atmosphere is conducive to therapeutic success as therapists can share experiences and strategies to enhance their practice. With a steady flow of clients and a focus on outcomes, you'll play a crucial role in transforming lives through compassionate care.

• Possess a valid and current license as a LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate superior communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport with clients and collaboration with team members.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively and maintain therapy documentation.

• Experience providing teletherapy sessions to clients, with proficiency in using telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and the ability to tailor approaches based on client preferences.
• Previous experience in a similar outpatient setting, with a commitment to advancing mental health practices.

• Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, reflective of experience and caseload management.
