Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Exhibit Technician to join our team in Surprise, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the proper handling, storage, and maintenance of exhibit materials and equipment. This individual will work closely with the exhibit team to ensure that all materials are stored safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with the Project Manager to help prioritize tasks and assignments and ensure that tight deadlines are met.
  • convey priorities and task assignments to the Exhibit Technician Team while maintaining a hands- on approach.
  • Assist in the assembly and disassembly of high-quality trade show exhibit booths for various leading industry clients.
  • Aid in the outbound preparation and inbound inspection of trade show exhibit booths for national and global programs.
  • Support off-site delivery and installation of custom high-end corporate environments.
  • Foster and maintain a professional work environment.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools and ladders.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality required.
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse or exhibit environment preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 75lbs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques
  • Trade show experience preferred but not required (Will train).
  • Requires availability to work overtime as necessary during peak production periods.
