Job Description

We are seeking an organized and energetic Event Coordinator to support the planning, preparation, and execution of company and client events.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple details, communicating with different teams, and helping ensure every event runs smoothly from preparation through completion. The Event Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients while maintaining a high standard of organization and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of events from initial preparation through completion
  • Coordinate event schedules, materials, logistics, and on-site requirements
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team members
  • Help manage event timelines and ensure key deadlines are met
  • Support event setup, execution, and breakdown when required
  • Maintain accurate event information, schedules, and documentation
  • Identify and help resolve logistical issues during event preparation and execution
  • Provide professional and attentive support to guests and clients
  • Collaborate with team members to improve event organization and overall guest experience
