Job description

Looking for a full/part time Administrative Assistant. In this position the duties and priorities may change frequently so flexibility and attention to detail is a must. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (including the following, but not limited to): Compile and prepare submittals and MDS Sheets Coordinate material requisitions between field and purchasing as needed Request quotes and compare bids Coordinating material specification changes to field, purchasing and update job files Prepare and assemble operation and maintenance manuals Prepare and assemble job closeout Assist estimator as needed with pricing, quote solicitation, downloading drawings, setting up job file binders Track Insurance Answer phones Other duties as assigned SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Experience in Microsoft Office applications: must have Excel, Word and Outlook, with excellent attention to detail and a strong desire for accurate written and verbal communication skills.
