Responsibilities:
  • Create, carry out, and refine environmental compliance programs to align with federal, state, and local requirements
  • Manage air, water, stormwater, natural resource permits, and spill prevention programs, including inspections and reporting
  • Lead hazardous waste compliance activities including inspections, shipments, and program oversight
  • Conduct environmental audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions aligned with ISO14001
  • Support construction projects and contractors to ensure environmental requirements are met

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience coordinating environmental compliance programs
  • Working knowledge of CWA, CAA, RCRA, CERCLA, and ISO14001
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading small teams or cross-functional projects
  • Experience supporting regulatory inspections and external audits
  • Background in both construction and operational environmental compliance
  • Experience with New York State environmental permits and regulations

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$70,000.00 - $142,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
