About the Role & Team:

As an Executive Assistant in the Enterprise Technology team at Disney Corporate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting up to five (5) Directors, ensuring the seamless operation of their daily activities. This early career position is perfect for an independent worker and problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, innovative, and strategic environment. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our world-class team, enabling the greatest storytellers to create unforgettable memories for millions of families globally.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage all administrative responsibilities for your executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and assist with questions regarding travel planning and expense report processing.

  • Ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings and events by proactively reviewing schedules and resolving conflicts.

  • Coordinate logistics for team project events and smaller team celebrations, including travel arrangements, meeting rooms, and catering.

  • Attend meetings, take notes, and coordinate follow-up action items.

  • Handle confidential correspondence and information with discretion.

  • Assist with onboarding new employees, providing a friendly and informative introduction to the team.

  • Collaborate with other administrative professionals to manage office supplies and other office management duties.

Skillset and Qualification Required:

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role supporting a large organization.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

  • Effective communication skills, including professional handling of communications across all platforms.

  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and last-minute changes with a calm demeanor.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.

  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new skills.

  • Proactive, resourceful, flexible, and responsible.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience supporting individuals at the Executive level.

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Slack, SmartSheet, Zoom.

  • Experience at The Walt Disney Company.

  • Good knowledge of information technology and/or the technology industry landscape.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $51,500.00 to $68,900.00 per year based on a 40- hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
