Key Responsibilities
  • Perform structural steel connection design calculations, including bolted and welded connections, bracing connections, moment connections, and miscellaneous steel
  • Participate in the upโ€‘front review of contract drawings and specifications when new projects are awarded, identifying connectionโ€‘related issues, design gaps, and constructability concerns early

  • Experience using AIโ€‘assisted tools for engineering productivity, analysis support, documentation, or workflow efficiency is a plus
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, technologyโ€‘enabled environment that values efficiency and continuous improvement
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural steel or connection design
  • Strong working knowledge of AISC steel design and connection design principles
  • Experience performing handsโ€‘on engineering calculations for steel connections
