We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to own Growth - one of the areas we're most excited to double down on. Growth, for us, means growth for our operators: the small businesses that Cents serves. In this role you'll own two equally important engines that drive it. The first is an AI-driven growth engine - the marketing tools that generate and nurture leads, the AI
customer communication that answers the phones and reaches out proactively, and the analytics and insights that shape every operator's growth strategy. The second is pickup & delivery - the mechanism that grows a retail store's business beyond its four walls and expands its market, built on top of the dispatch and delivery engine powering so much growth across the industry. You'll join the team managing these areas, working closely with cross-functional partners across engineering, design, sales, and marketing to define, build, and launch products that delight our customers and move the business forward. We're looking for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, understands customer needs deeply, and is ready to move quickly in an ever-changing technology landscape.
What You'll Own
1. The AI-Driven Growth Engine
Help every operator fill the top of their funnel and nurture the customers they already have - powered byCents Accelerate, Cents Assist, and AI-led insights.
  • Grow demand through marketing, advertising, and lifecycle tools (email, SMS, reviews, and SEOwebsites) that bring in new leads and re-engage existing customers.
  • Automate communication with AI that answers the phones, responds to inquiries 24/7, andestablishes proactive, AI-led outreach to customers.
  • Turn data into decisions by shipping AI-led analytics and insights that surface opportunities and driveeach operator's growth strategy.

2. Pickup & Delivery
Grow each retail store's business - and expand its market - by building on the dispatch and delivery engine via Cents Dispatch.
  • Extend the storefront by making pickup & delivery effortless for operators and their customers, from online ordering to the driver experience.
  • Scale the engine with route optimization, geofencing, the driver app, and gig economy integrations that make delivery reliable and profitable.
  • Open new markets by helping operators reach customers well beyond their physical location.

What You'll Do:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product vision
and strategy across both growth areas.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals.
Product Discovery & Definition
• Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and analyze trends to understand operator needs
and pain points.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and translate complex operational
workflows into clear specifications.
Product Development & Launch
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely, successful delivery of intuitive,
reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Monitor performance, track key metrics, and analyze user data to find areas to improve.
• Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies and communication plans.
Product Evangelism & Process
• Educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits, and represent the
roadmap to customers, partners, and at industry events.
• Continuously improve product development processes and implement best practices.
What You'll Bring:
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally building SaaS or marketplace products for small
and medium-sized businesses.
• A self-starter who takes ownership, moves fast, and thrives amid ambiguity and a rapidly changing
technology landscape.
• Proven ability to work across teams - engineering, design, sales, and marketing - and to align
stakeholders around a shared roadmap.
