Seat Overview

The Social Media Manager is the operational engine of the department. This role is responsible for maintaining the content calendar, managing community engagement, and ensuring all assets are polished and organized. You are the glue that keeps the team moving, possessing an unwavering "error-free" mentality and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content & Calendar Management: Own the master content calendar, ensuring every asset is approved, tagged, and scheduled correctly across all channels.
  • Community Management: Act as the primary voice of the brand in comments and DMs, driving engagement and handling customer escalations with grace.
  • Copywriting: Draft platform-specific copy ranging from witty short-form text to educational, SEO-friendly captions.
  • Influencer & Logistics Support: Assist the Strategist in reaching out to creators, managing shipping logs for seeding, and tracking organic brand mentions.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
  • Precision: Exceptional attention to detail in scheduling, grammar, and brand consistency.
  • Tool Proficiency: Skilled in CMS tools (Sprout Social, Upfluence) and project management software (Airtable).
  • Communication: Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different platform tones.
