Assistant Property Inspector (Hiring for immediate position)


We are searching for a candidate who has a passion for learning and a strong work ethic! Your job will include helping a senior property inspector with various property inspections. Start your application today!

Compensation:

$14 - $20 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspection tasks as instructed by the supervisor
  • Document on-site observations according to the Company's guidelines
  • Communicate with the supervisor
  • Adhere to the safety guidelines according to the Company's guidelines

Qualifications:
  • Construction or administrative work experience is desired, but not required
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • History of professionalism, being a team player, adhering to project schedules, regular attendance at work, and a strong work ethic
  • Have good physical stamina to climb ladders and climb stairs, work outdoors for long periods of time
  • Basic skills construction knowledge (how to use construction equipment and tools) is needed
