Assistant Drillers are key crew members on drilling rigs who support the Driller in overseeing drilling operations. Their duties include monitoring equipment, ensuring safety procedures are followed, assisting with rig maintenance, and sometimes supervising other crew members. Assistant Drillers act as a bridge between the Driller and the rest of the drilling team, helping to coordinate tasks and address any operational issues.
