    POSITION SUMMARY
    Bussers at Don Julio Restaurant Group play an essential role in maintaining the flow and cleanliness of the dining room while supporting servers and enhancing the guest experience. Bussers must reflect Don Julio's "Culture of Yes" by acting with urgency, professionalism, and a team-first attitude. As the unseen force that keeps the restaurant running smoothly, Bussers ensure every guest has a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment rooted in our values of hospitality, pride, and tradition.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Promptly clear, sanitize, and reset tables to prepare for new guests.
    • Refill water glasses and assist guests with minor needs as directed by servers.
    • Maintain cleanliness in front-of-house (FOH) areas, including floors, restrooms, and common touchpoints.
    • Assist servers during peak periods by running side items, replacing utensils, and pre-bussing.
    • Ensure that all tableware is clean and properly stocked in side stations.
    • Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining room for service.
    • Work closely with the host and server team to support a smooth seating rotation and timely service.
    • Embody the Don Julio culture by creating a warm, attentive atmosphere that enhances the dining experience.
    • Help prepare for and support special events or large parties as needed.
    • Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleaning guidelines.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure optimal front-of-house operations.
    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS
    • Must be 18 years of age or older. Not allowed behind bar if under the age of 21.
    • No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow is essential.
    • Ability to stay focused and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    This position requires the ability to:
