About Us:

We are a high-volume automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and a seamless car-buying experience. We are expanding our finance team and looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support daily F&I operations, compliance, and financial documentation.

Position Overview:

The Finance Assistant will support the Finance Manager with deal processing, document verification, data entry, customer contracts, and ensuring compliance with dealership, state, and lender requirements. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Manager with preparing, reviewing, and submitting finance and lease documents.
  • Verify customer information, income proofs, insurance, and compliance forms.
  • Manage contracts, DMV paperwork, and deal jackets to ensure accuracy and completion.
  • Input financial data into dealership systems (DMS/CRM).
  • Communicate with banks, lenders, and customers regarding missing documents or approvals.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records.
  • Support daily administrative tasks and month-end reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to dealership policies, legal requirements, and lender guidelines.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in finance, automotive dealership, or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with dealership software (Dealertrack, DMS) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of financial terminology and credit applications.
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.


Salary Range:

  • $17 per hour and up, based on experience.
