Rare opportunity available for a Division Retail/Truck Controller at All Roads in Baltimore, MD. If you love a fast paced, high volume environment, have previous automotive/truck dealership experience, and are ready for your next challenge, we want to talk to you! You will bring your attention to detail, Excel expertise and previous experience managing a team. We offer an opportunity responsible for preparing month-end journal entries and reconciliation, preparing and reviewing monthly financial reporting, managing fixed asset reporting, preparing for external auditors and opportunities for growth and additional responsibilities.

Compensation and Schedule

Full time M-F with flexible start time. $145k-$165k based on experience

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare various month-end journal entries to assist in the financial close and reporting process
  2. Reconcile balance sheet each month to ensure accuracy
  3. Fixed asset tracking/depreciation analysis
  4. Analyze account information and General Ledger accounts
  5. Financial audit preparation and cooperation with audit process/external auditors on an annual basis
  6. Ensure proper revenue and expenses are recognized in accordance with GAAP
  7. Accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closes.
  8. Interact with various departments for ad hoc projects as assigned
Required Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
  2. Prior experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller
  3. Experience with multiple rooftops
  4. At least 3 years of supervisory experience
  5. Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Excel
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
