Job Summary

The District Manager is responsible for leading a group of stores within a specific geographic area, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales and profitability, and fostering a culture that reflects MINISO's core values. The District Manager will coach and develop Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain visual display standards, and drive team performance.

Essential Job Functions
  • Lead and manage a district of 8-16 stores, ensuring all operational and visual standards are met. In some cases, larger districts may have the support of an Area Manager.
  • Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning, effective execution, and team motivation.
  • Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing Store Managers and Area Managers (if applicable) and assist in developing future leaders to support MINISO's rapid growth.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure all stores deliver consistent, outstanding customer service aligned with MINISO expectations.
  • Implement and uphold all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Lead execution of all merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives in the district.
  • Partner with corporate and regional leadership to align district goals with MINISO's company strategies.
  • Drive loss prevention awareness and shrink reduction efforts across all locations.
