Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A current state-issued independent mental health counseling license. Please specify your licensure and state of practice: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and candidates must have no disciplinary issues surrounding their licenses.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrated empathy, and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
  • Proficient computer skills and access to a computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities for remote sessions.
  • A reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted therapy sessions.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience in telehealth or virtual counseling is advantageous but not mandatory; we provide training as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive compensation package offers financial security while you help others. The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
