This position is entirely remote, allowing licensed counselors to work from the comfort of their own homes. You will deliver services via a user-friendly telehealth platform that features an all-in-one counselor portal, ensuring all necessary tools are at your fingertips. • Provide compassionate and ethical individual mental health counseling through secure video chat sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to develop personalized therapy regimens for clients.
• Craft effective treatment plans tailored to clients’ individual mental health needs.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions, experiences, and relationships to foster self-awareness and growth.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote healthy coping strategies.

You will work primarily with a diverse population of stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your role is vital in offering clients the necessary skills and frameworks to enhance their quality of life, thereby supporting their overall mental well-being.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued independent mental health counseling license. Please specify your licensure and state of practice: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and candidates must have no disciplinary issues surrounding their licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrated empathy, and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
• Proficient computer skills and access to a computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities for remote sessions.
• A reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted therapy sessions.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in telehealth or virtual counseling is advantageous but not mandatory; we provide training as needed.

Our competitive compensation package offers financial security while you help others. The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. We also handle all client intake and paperwork to minimize your administrative burden.
