JOB DESCRIPTION
- PART TIME
Location: Tulsa, OK
Assist the College of Business (F&FCOB) in clerical/administrative support. The Office Assistant should create and maintain a positive atmosphere and serve as liaison between the students and faculty. Excellent customer service should be the standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform receptionist responsibilities by greeting and directing students and visitors
  • Assist with student needs
  • Assist with reporting
  • Assist with maintaining records
  • Monitor social media engagements
  • Coordinate Professional Development Events and point system for the F&FCOB
  • Assist with event planning
  • Assist with website maintenance
  • Assist with special needs of the F&FCOB
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION : High school diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES :
  • Some administrative experience preferred
  • Professional demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Accurate keyboarding skills
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good reading, written, and grammatical skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with webpage design and social media platforms
  • Willingness to learn Banner system and other applications
  • Self-motivated, flexible, ability to multi-task
  • Must have the ability to effectively deal with persons from a variety of cultural backgrounds
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
