The Role: As our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), youll play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of care we provide. Youll work hand-in-hand with the Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and inspire our dedicated nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. What Youll Do:
  • Collaborate with the DON to oversee the daily operations of our nursing department.
  • Support and supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
  • Participate in care planning, assessments, and interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care outcomes.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new nursing staff.
  • Step in for the DON as needed and be the go-to person for staff and residents.

  • An RN license in good standing in the state of Indiana.
  • At least 1 years of nursing leadership experience (long-term care experience preferred).
