Responsibilities
  • Manage Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services, Safety, and Security activities within established standard and Guidelines, PAM Health Policies and procedures, and budgetary limitations.
  • Conduct inspections and maintain the facility and equipment to ensure that all aspects of the environment of Care, Life Safety Code, and interim Life Safety Code are achieved.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Community electrical maintenance license if required.
  • Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification desired.
  • Minimum of five years of related experience required.
  • Hospital maintenance experience required.
  • Must be familiar with JACHO, NFPA, & OSHA regulations.
