Pay: $25.00 per hour

The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Dietary Supervisor to join our dedicated team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional dining services and enhancing the resident experience, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the daily operations of the Dietary Department.
  • Ensure meals are prepared and served in accordance with residents' dietary needs and physician orders.
  • Oversee dietary staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and resident satisfaction.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian and interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality nutritional care.
  • Participate in state surveys and regulatory inspections.
Qualifications:
  • Previous dietary supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic diets and food safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
