• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, fostering a deeper understanding of their mental health challenges.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and safety.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed of new research and practices in the field of mental health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide a comprehensive approach to client treatment.

You will primarily serve clients who may have limited access to traditional mental health services, including underserved populations in the Tucson area. Your work will have a direct impact on their quality of life as you offer support for a wide range of mental health issues. The role involves engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing trauma, substance dependence, and emotional distress.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active, unrestricted LPC license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, demonstrating effective therapy techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for establishing rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• A sound understanding of legal and ethical considerations relevant to mental health practice.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and related technologies.

• Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting to enhance client care.

• Annual salary between USD 70,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
