Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:
  • Contribute to network development plans and analysis of traditional gas stores for an assigned market.
  • Learn to Negotiate and structure land lease and purchase transactions.
  • Coordinate with the construction and marketing departments to obtain interior design and construction costs.
  • Prepare and present complete submission packages for each site to senior management for review and approval.
  • Undertake and organize real estate market tours.
  • Participate in due diligence activities and admissibility process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to travel to an assigned market twice a month
  • Attend monthly meetings in person in the RMBU office
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Drive to learn to become a Development Manager.
  • Good team player, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing job responsibilities.
  • Driver's license and good driving record required.
