Tampa, FL Contract

Design and developing Genesys Web messaging/Chat Bot solution

Design and implement Genesys Digital Bot solution

Design and implement Genesys SMS Solution

Design and implement conversation flow for Chat bot and SMS channel

Design and build custom integration to query and retrieve data from Enterprise system i.e Service Now

Design and implement Workforce management.

Design and implement Genesys-Service CTI integration

Design and implement Genesys Self Service Portal

Design and implement Knowledge Management

Design and implement Genesys Agent Assist and Intelligent support queue routing

Build custom dashboard based on business requirement

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Genesys solutions.

Provide technical support and guidance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions.

Overall 5+ years of experience and proven experience with Genesys contact center technology.
