About the Role

As an Assistant Designer, you will support Design leaders in creating an assortment that aligns with brand positioning and target customers.

What You’ll Do

● Build, create and maintain tech packs, trim sheets and design packages

● Ensure accurate data entry into Product Lifecycle Management

● Assist in meeting preparation and breakdown, including room setup, samples, reports and creating boards and line sheets

● Gather and analyze market and trend research

● Ensure understanding of the supported brand, foster innovation and remain updated on the competition

● Complete pre-packages as a part of the research and development process

● Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

● Familiarity and moderate proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Ned Graphics, Kaledo or related program

Preferred

● Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field

● Previous retail experience

● Previous experience in design or product accessory business and the competitive landscape

● Domestic travel may be required
