Job Description One Tech Engineering is searching for a Designer for a position located in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. The Designer manages utility service design projects from initiation through billing. The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card.

The candidate should have previous customer service, construction, or technical coordination experience. Designer Responsibilities: Review assigned customer notifications in SAP. Communicate with customers to gather project requirements and necessary information.

Complete utility design work using Smallworld GIS. Create and manage work orders in SAP. Coordinate with work coordinators and field crews to schedule work.

Provide support and answer field questions during project execution. Review completed work and as-built diagrams for accuracy. Calculate billable amounts based on completed work.

Generate invoices and finalize project billing. Respond to customer questions regarding billing. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines.

Requirements of the Designer: Previous customer service, construction, or technical coordination experience. Familiarity with GIS or AutoCAD. Utility industry experience preferred.

SAP experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
