Requirements 

We are searching for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an in-house designer or within a marketing/creative agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in both print and digital design.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and take direction and feedback constructively.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities 

A typical day may include:   

  • Assist in designing visually compelling and on-brand materials for print and digital platforms, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, point-of-purchase (POP) displays, packaging, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with senior design team members to develop creative concepts aligned with project goals and brand standards.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitive designs to enhance creative output.
  • Prepare and present design concepts, incorporating feedback and refining deliverables as needed.
  • Support the marketing team in maintaining consistent brand identity across all channels and materials.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project objectives.
  • Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and output.
