Saint Louis County Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Team Member to join our private, modern cosmetic and implant dental practice in Kirkwood, Missouri.

As a key member of our front office team, you will help ensure a smooth and exceptional experience for every patient by:

  • Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression
  • Managing scheduling and maintaining an efficient daily workflow
  • Coordinating patient communication before, during, and after appointments
  • Verifying dental insurance benefits and helping ensure accurate claim submission
  • Discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
  • Supporting patient acceptance of recommended treatment
  • Managing check-in/check-out procedures and payments
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and front office systems
  • Communicating effectively with doctors, hygienists, and clinical team members
  • Helping create a positive and organized patient experience
QualificationsRequired:
  • Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience
  • Experience working in a dental practice setting
