Position Title Technology Service Center Reprographics Representative - Part Time FLSA Non-Exempt FT/PT Part Time Hours Per Week Up to 25 Work Schedule Wednesday-Friday 9am-5:30pm Position Salary Range $17 Summary
Provide support for the HCC Print Shop by organizing, scheduling, and producing printed materials for faculty and staff. Operate a full range of high-speed printers, photocopiers, folder, cutter, and heat-sealed book binding equipment.
Essential Role Responsibilities
  • Organize and process print shop requests placed through the myTSC portal.
  • Assist Print Shop and TSC staff with daily operations.
  • Help maintain supply inventory and material storage.
  • Knowledge of image and document software, including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Publisher, and O365.
  • Ability to operate enterprise printing hardware (Auto-cutters, folders, plotter printers, and Canon enterprise equipment).
