Die Cutter Operator (Bobst/Rotary/Corrugated) | Las Vegas, NV

Nexeo is looking for a Die Cutter Operator to join a leading industrial packaging manufacturer in North Las Vegas. This high-performance production facility specializes in corrugated packaging, custom crates, pallets, foam fabrication, and heavy-duty shipping solutions for industries including logistics, agriculture, and manufacturing.

If you have strong hands-on experience with die cutting, converting equipment, printing presses, or corrugated machinery, this is a great opportunity to join a modern, well-organized production environment with reliable day-shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate die cutting equipment safely and efficiently (rotary, flatbed, or similar converting machinery)
• Perform full machine setup and make-ready, including tooling, material staging, and first-piece verification
• Read and follow work orders, specifications, and production schedules
• Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure every run meets company standards
• Monitor machine performance and adjust speed, pressure, registration, and alignment as needed
• Accurately log production data, downtime, and material usage
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and basic adjustments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards
• Communicate issues, changes, or needs to the lead/supervisor and collaborate with helpers on the line
• Perform additional duties as required to support production goals

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating die cutters, converting equipment, printing presses, or corrugated machinery
• Experience with Bobst, rotary die cutters, flatbed/platen die cutters, folder-gluers, or similar equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to independently set up machines
• Ability to identify and correct quality issues such as registration, scoring, cutting defects, and alignment
• Understanding of manufacturing safety practices, LOTO procedures, and preventative maintenance basics
• Ability to read a tape measure, interpret specifications, and perform basic math
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment
• Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to producing quality work

Pay

$24.50 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
