STARTING PAY OF $17.00 - $19.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!


We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers by providing information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will communicate via phone, email, and text interactions.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide product and service information to assist customers
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative preferred
