Advance Mechanical, Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time Office Assistant - Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide quality customer assistance in the Greenville, NC area. This position earns a competitive wage of $15.00/hour with the potential to earn up to $50,000/year.

DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time position typically works in our office Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Additionally, we provide a full hour for lunch. This is not a work-from-home position. There will be a weekly rotating on-call schedule from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
As an Office Assistant - Customer Service Representative (CSR), you play a critical role in our air conditioning and heating company. You arrive at the office ready to provide the excellent service our trusted company is known for. Exhibiting your ability to connect with customers easily, you tackle various essential tasks, including taking incoming calls, dispatching calls to notify clients of any schedule changes, and completing daily call logs and reports.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN OFFICE ASSISTANT - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
