Job description

The Cabinet Shop role involves skilled cabinet construction and installation, working within a medium-sized team of 4-6 members. The employee will interact directly with customers, ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely completion of projects. Reporting to the Shop Owner, this role requires local travel for installation tasks and proficient use of standard hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

  • Construct cabinets following design specifications and quality standards
  • Install cabinetry at customer locations with attention to detail
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and provide updates
  • Collaborate effectively within a medium-sized team
  • Maintain tools and workspace in safe, organized condition
  • Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in cabinetry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
