About The Role

Join our team as a Card Services Specialist, where you'll play a key role in supporting debit and credit card programs, resolving card-related issues, and assisting members with confidence and care. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with financial systems, and delivering exceptional service while protecting sensitive member information.

What You'll Do

  • Process credit card payment exceptions and review activity reportsย 
  • Research and resolve card-related issues and payment exceptionsย 
  • Assist members and staff with card service inquiriesย 
  • Monitor and respond to fraud, lost/stolen cards, and account abuseย 
  • Process balance transfers, returns, check requests, and account closures
  • Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information
  • Support department operations and ensure policy compliance

Is This You?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Strong computer and application skillsย 
  • Strong oral and written communication skillsย 
  • Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility
  • Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearanceย 
  • Ability to be bonded
  • Preferred But Not Required: College degree, service/sales experience, and previous experience in a similar or related role.
