SUMMARY: This position plays a key role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts of our company by coordinating and executing a variety of initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and building lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a passion for marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Marketing Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and in market. Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, events, etc.). Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness. Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update sales and marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and blog posts that resonate with our target audience and align with brand messaging.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams for strategic decision-making.
  • Social Media Management: Help manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and support marketing and sales events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and promotions, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and on time.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics for marketing campaigns and sales activities. Analyze data to improve future initiatives and optimize results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including customer service, product development, and design, to ensure a seamless approach to achieving company objectives. Lead marketing and execution and strategies across system brand partners. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Develop and produce Point of Sale to support various marketing programs and field sales teams.
  • Manage inventory levels of needed racks and supplies to support the sales team's needs
  • Carry out D365 procedures for procuring needed items and services
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Adobe Illustrator Suite skills and knowledge a plus.
  • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. One (1) to three (3) years of experience in marketing.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read. Ability to communicate effectively and respond to inquiries.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions supplied in both written and verbal format.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite, and Photoshop.
