If this sounds like a place you would thrive, let's see if we can make something happen.

PROJECT MANAGER

As a Project Manager at Motive, you'll lead the delivery of one of our largest and most complex integrated programs-a global internal conference for a major commerce brand that brings together stakeholders from around the world. Working across strategy, creative, content, environmental design, production, digital, and client teams, you'll help orchestrate every moving piece that transforms an ambitious vision into an exceptional live experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead integrated workstreams across content, creative, environmental design, digital, production, and client services.
  • Build and manage master project plans that coordinate dozens of concurrent deliverables.
  • Drive alignment across multiple client teams and agency disciplines.
  • Coordinate dependencies between content development, experience design, production, and event execution.
  • Manage approvals, decision logs, and evolving priorities while maintaining project momentum.
  • Identify project risks early and develop mitigation plans for complex, high-visibility initiatives.
  • Partner with senior client stakeholders to establish priorities, timelines, and expectations.
  • Ensure all workstreams remain connected while balancing competing deadlines and business priorities.

Required Experience and Skills: We're looking for someone who has successfully managed large-scale integrated marketing programs, corporate events, conferences, product launches, or global content initiatives involving numerous stakeholders, parallel workstreams, and aggressive timelines.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience at a creative agency desired
  • Superb communication skills with an emphasis in mediation and conflict management
  • Highly responsive
  • Event or conference planning experience preferred
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Amazing organization skills and attention to detail while adhering to fast turnaround and tight deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of projects simultaneously with multiple priorities
