Marketing & Design Coordinator

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Director of Marketing

Compensation: $60,000-$70,000

Travel: Approximately 5% for trade shows and events

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing & Design Coordinator to support our marketing team across both content execution and visual design. This is a hybrid role built for someone who can write email copy in the morning and design the graphic that goes with it in the afternoon. You will be responsible for producing branded visual assets across digital, print, and social, while also supporting the day-to-day execution of campaigns, email programs, trade shows, and website updates. You will work directly from our brand guidelines and established templates, with creative direction provided by the marketing team. You will also be expected to develop a working knowledge of Inovonics' products and the security and senior living markets we serve to succeed and grow in this role. This role is well suited for someone early in their career who has a strong eye for design, hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and the organizational skills to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.

  • Support the content marketing calendar by tracking deadlines, coordinating reviews, and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging standards.

  • Design and produce trade show graphics, sales collateral, product brochures, and event materials.
  • Adapt existing templates and develop new layouts that align with brand guidelines.
  • Size and optimize graphics for correct specifications across platforms, including web, social, and print.
  • Maintain the team's visual asset library, keeping files organized and templates up to date.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign concepts to life visually.

Digital Marketing

  • Monitor social channels, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and flag relevant activity to the team.
  • Update and maintain website content using WordPress to support marketing campaigns and business needs.

Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate logistics for integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social media.
  • Ensure ad creatives are delivered on time and meet technical specifications for each platform.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Trade Show and Event Support

  • Own end-to-end logistics for trade shows and events, including booth coordination, vendor communication, and shipping.
  • Design and produce event materials including booth graphics, signage, handouts, and promotional items.
  • Maintain the trade show calendar and keep the team on track with pre-show checklists and deadlines.
  • Manage post-event follow-up activities and help assess event performance.

General Marketing Operations

  • Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and marketing documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting ability.
