Position Overview
Bally's Intralot is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized Marketing Specialist to support the development, management, and execution of content initiatives across digital, retail, and promotional channels. This role will help ensure that marketing and informational content is accurate, engaging, on-brand, and aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements in New Hampshire.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in content planning, copy editing, campaign coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. This position plays a key role in supporting brand consistency, customer engagement, and promotional effectiveness. Office-based or hybrid role in New Hampshire, depending on business needs. May require occasional travel within the state or to company locations
Education, Training, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in content coordination, marketing, communications, or a related role
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with digital content platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Ability to manage deadlines tied to campaign launches, promotions, and operational updates
  • Experience in regulated industries, gaming, lottery, or sports betting is a plus

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the creation, review, and distribution of content across web, email, social, retail, and promotional platforms

  • Support promotional launches, product updates, and player communications with clear and effective messaging
  • Organize and maintain digital content assets, templates, and documentation
  • Work with designers to define web and mobile app design requirements.
  • Monitor content performance and assist in compiling reports and recommendations for optimization
  • Help manage website and CMS updates as needed
  • Coordinate revisions based on stakeholder feedback and changing business priorities
