Job description

SUMMARY:

The Lincoln Brands Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that promote the Lincoln Chrome and Khrome Werks brands. This role develops marketing campaigns, supports product launches, creates compelling content, manages digital marketing channels, and produces marketing materials that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Working closely with internal teams, this position helps ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent and aligned with each brand. The Marketing Specialist researches customer needs, market trends and competitive activity and recommends improvements to support effective marketing efforts.

WAGE TYPE: Salaried Exempt. FLSA Exemption: Administrative Exemption.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives that support business objectives and brand growth.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.


Brand Management

  • Maintain a consistent brand identity, messaging and visual style across Lincoln Chrome and Khrome Werks.
  • Ensure all marketing materials accurately represent each brand and align with established brand standards.
  • Research customer trends, competitor activity and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend improvements that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain brand standards across websites, social media, print materials and events.


Creative & Digital Marketing

  • Manage Lincoln Chrome and Khrome Werks websites and digital marketing channels.
  • Optimize website content, SEO and user experience.
  • Plan and execute social media content and campaigns across relevant platforms.
  • Create compelling lifestyle and product-focused content for social media, websites, print collateral and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Write marketing copy for blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Design catalogs, flyers, banners, advertisements, presentations and other print and digital marketing materials.
  • Capture and edit high-quality product, lifestyle and event photography and short-form video content.
  • Maintain an organized library of digital marketing assets.


Events

  • Support marketing efforts for trade shows, motorcycle rallies, customer events and product launches.
  • Assist with event planning, setup and promotional materials as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more years of marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience with consumer products, powersports, automotive or related industries is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Professional-quality product, lifestyle and event photography with strong photo editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience creating and managing social media content.
  • Strong graphic design skills for both print and digital marketing materials.
  • Experience creating engaging lifestyle content for premium brands.
  • Excellent writing skills for blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, product descriptions and promotional content.
