Cuzcos Peruvian Cuisine is seeking experienced and motivated Assistant Cooks with a strong background in traditional Peruvian cooking. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about authentic flavors, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and have hands-on experience working on a professional line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of traditional Peruvian dishes (e.g., lomo saltado, ceviche, ajรญ de gallina, anticuchos, etc.)
  • Maintain consistency and quality in all food preparation and presentation
  • Work efficiently on the line during service in a high-volume environment
  • Support head chefs and kitchen staff with daily prep and cooking tasks
