As a Cook, you will play a critical role in delivering the Wingstop experience by preparing fresh, high-quality food, following food safety standards, and supporting a culture of hospitality that puts guests first.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook wings, fries, tenders, sandwiches, and other menu items according to Wingstop recipes and standards
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements
  • Monitor product quality, temperatures, hold times, and expiration dates to ensure food safety compliance
  • Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Sauce, season, package, and present food accurately and consistently
  • Read and execute orders with speed and accuracy while maintaining quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area throughout each shift
  • Complete opening, shift, and closing cleaning procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and fast service
  • Assist with food preparation, inventory organization, and product rotation using FIFO methods
  • Support a positive guest experience by demonstrating urgency, teamwork, and professionalism
