The Assistant Chef I is responsible for assisting with food preparation, with accountability for:

  • Ensuring Workability, Intensity & Integrity
  • Performing Back of House (BOH) responsibilities as directed by Assistant Chef II and III
  • Preparing rice and chow mein
  • Performing cleaning and sanitizing tasks

Education and Experience:

Food Safety:
