Job Description Senior SAP Entitlement Management / BRIM Solution Consultant Opportunity Description: Our client is delivering a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud greenfield transformation program for a rapidly growing enterprise business. The program includes end-to-end business process transformation across core SAP functions and strategic SAP solutions including: SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) SAP Entitlement Management SAP Ariba SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) SAP Business AI Platform The project is currently transitioning from Explore into Design, with Design activities running through October and Build, Test, and Deployment phases continuing through July 2027. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Entitlement Management Consultant to lead the design, integration strategy, and implementation of SAP Entitlement Management, with a particular focus on process and technical integration with SAP BRIM and Subscription Order Management.

Role Description: The Senior SAP Entitlement Management Consultant will serve as the functional and solution lead for all entitlement-related processes within the SAP transformation program. This individual will be responsible for defining entitlement architecture, designing scalable entitlement models, and ensuring seamless integration with SAP BRIM/SOM subscription and revenue management processes. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in high-volume entitlement environments and has successfully delivered SAP Entitlement Management solutions supporting complex subscription, licensing, consumption-based, or recurring revenue business models.

Experience supporting environments with one million or more active entitlements is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Solution Leadership Lead end-to-end design of SAP Entitlement Management capabilities within the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud ecosystem. Define entitlement strategy, entitlement lifecycle management, and operational processes.

Facilitate Design Phase workshops with business and technical stakeholders. Translate business requirements into scalable entitlement architectures and solution designs. Develop functional specifications and solution documentation.

BRIM / SOM Integration Design and govern integration between: SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) SAP Entitlement Management SAP Convergent Charging SAP Convergent Invoicing SAP S/4HANA Define entitlement creation, modification, suspension, renewal, upgrade, and termination processes. Ensure alignment between subscription products, commercial offerings, and entitlement structures. Support product catalog and commercial model design activities.

Architecture & Scalability Design entitlement models capable of supporting large-scale transaction volumes. Assess and optimize: Performance Data models Entitlement hierarchy structures Batch and real-time processing approaches Provide recommendations for scalability, governance, and operational support. Participate in architecture reviews and integration design sessions.

Implementation Leadership Support Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Production Deployment activities. Guide development teams through configuration and integration requirements. Review functional and technical designs.

Support defect resolution and testing activities. Assist with deployment planning and production readiness reviews. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary SME for Entitlement Management across business, functional, and technical teams.

Collaborate with SAP architects, BRIM consultants, integration teams, and business stakeholders. Present recommendations and solution options to executive leadership and steering committees. Required Qualifications: SAP Experience 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.

5+ years leading SAP BRIM or subscription-management initiatives. Multiple full lifecycle SAP implementation projects. Experience leading design and deployment activities in large enterprise SAP programs.

Entitlement Management Expertise Proven implementation experience with SAP Entitlement Management. Deep understanding of: Entitlement lifecycle management Subscription business models License and usage-based entitlement structures Product-to-entitlement mapping Entitlement governance and administration BRIM Experience Strong experience with: SAP BRIM SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) SAP Convergent Charging (CC) SAP FICA Must understand how entitlement processes integrate with subscription ordering and revenue management workflows. Scale Requirements Demonstrated experience supporting: Mid-sized to large-scale entitlement environments High-volume subscription businesses 1M+ entitlement records and/or large customer populations Enterprise performance and scalability considerations Preferred Qualifications: SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud experience SAP BTP integration experience SAP Business AI exposure SAP Ariba integration knowledge Experience in SaaS, software licensing, telecommunications, digital services, or subscription-based industries SAP Solution Architect experience SAP Activate methodology experience Travel Expecations 90% Remote Occasional travel as required for key design workshops, testing, and deployment activities.
