Team Overview and Job responsibilities

The DHT Controller is a key member of both the Taunton, MA and Bridgewater, NJ leadership teams. This role is responsible for driving operational and financial performance across the full Downhole Technology (DHT) production process, which is split between the two sites. The Controller partners closely with Plant Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and the Commercial organization to analyze performance, strengthen cost discipline, and maximize the profitability of the DHT business.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a key member of the Taunton, MA and Bridgewater, NJ management teams, contributing to decisions that maximize the profitability of the DHT business and both production sites.
  • Assess and articulate the financial impact of operational and commercial decisions during crosssite leadership meetings
  • Manage shifting priorities across the two locations and ensure smooth coordination of financial activities.
  • Translate financial concepts and performance insights into clear, actionable messages for nonfinancial stakeholders at both plants.
  • Build strong working relationships across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams in Taunton and Bridgewater.
    Measure and report on efficiencies and guide local management
  • Prepare and present monthly financial statements (sales, margins, expenses) that accurately reflect endtoend DHT performance, integrating results from both production sites.
  • Lead the planning and budgeting processes for both Taunton and Bridgewater, ensuring alignment of assumptions, standards, and operational plans.
  • Provide forwardlooking analysis to support strategic and tactical decisionmaking across the DHT value stream.
  • Consolidate and analyze the result of the business unit

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing plant accounting and controlling
  • Strong Excel and software/systems skills
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Ability to travel to the Bridgewater, NJ plant approximately once per month

Preferred:

  • SAP knowledge
  • Certifications: CPA, CGMA or CMA

Compensation Range:

$95,360.00- $150,465.00
