Are you a highly motivated, dedicated and driven individual? If you answered yes to all three, then you are the right person to join our team as a Senior Accountant!

As an Senior Accountant, a typical day might include the following:

  • Assist the Controller in managing daily accounting operations, and general ledger activities
  • Deal posting, mastercard reconciliation, bank reconciliation, floor plan reconciliation and reconciliation of schedules
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Monitor and reconcile dealership schedules, including vehicle inventory, flooring, and intercompany accounts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards
  • Review deals for accuracy and proper posting in the accounting system
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required
  • Train and mentor junior accounting staff
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies within the accounting department
