  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec l'equipe comptable pour garantir une cloture precise mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle en temps voulu
  • Creer, engager et diriger l'equipe de comptables
  • Responsable de la coordination, de l'evaluation et de l'amelioration continue de l'equipe, tout en creant un climat positif ou les employes veulent donner le meilleur d'eux-memes
  • Soutenir l'evaluation et la mise en uvre des nouvelles initiatives de l'entreprise

  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly close
  • Builds, engages and leads the team of accountants
  • Responsible for coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the team and creating a positive climate where people want to do their best
  • Supports the evaluation and implementation of new company initiatives
  • Assist management on activities related to special projects and ad-hoc requests
  • Actively engaged in process improvement and efficiencies
